Lincecum wins in the closest vote in history. 100 points, Carpenter - 94 points, Wainwright -90. Wainwright had the most first place votes, 12 to Lincecum's 11.

Thought Wainwright would win it, thought Carp probably deserved it, but you cant argue win Lincecum. As a Cards fan I'm dissapointed but I guess Wainwright will just have to wait till the Yankees sign Lincecum to win it.

but Lincecum is not a bad choice. After all, he doesn't have Pujols. I'm still pissed that we had two of the top 3 pitchers in the league & got swept

The guy has absolutely zero margin for error and still dominates. He would be unreal with just an average offense
