This week question? Who's most likely to lose their first game this week ? W&L or Northumberland? Or do they both come away with victories ?

Two toss up games, and real test for both. Seems like from info on here that Northumberland has never been stronger, so in that case I guess they run away with it right? I'm not so sure though. Middlesex has been early season battle tested, and will be ready this game. Maybe the fire power of Northumberland will overwhelm Middlesex, or maybe they will miss Palmer more than some realize. Should be a good game either way and good luck to both! Washington and Lee travels to King William in what could be a statement for both teams. Sounds like KW had a little in-house turmoil, and I am sure will be fired up to give their fans a good game after the bye week. King William is better than their 0-3 record. Washington and Lee has found a way in each game this year, but this is definitely going to be a stiff test traveling into a hostile environment. Excited to see how it plays out!

Northumberland should win easily. To me Middlesex is not as good as people on here say they are. That KW/W&L game is a toss up to me. Both teams defenses are the key to victory in this one.

I hope that Northumberland does face some adversity this week and responds well to it.

It is better to face some struggles on the road and learn how to overcome them in the next two weeks, than to face tough adversity for the first time this season against Essex in Tappahannock in three weeks time.

I dont see the KW game as a toss up. WnL is a clear favorite for me. As for the Msex game, I agree could go either way. It's simple to me though, if Nmbld has their star qb they win. If they dont I dont see them winning. We shall see!

The newspaper reported him out 4 to 6 weeks with a wrist injury. Uvacavs said he might be back by Essex.

The word is Palmer can possibly play this week will be a day to day thing. He will definitely be back for the trinity game.
