Do they have any shot at the NCAAs? I see that the field is 29 teams with 16 auto-bids. Rutgers though is 5-7, so what would they need to do to make the tourney?
They're ranked 16th in the media poll, but a win or two would be more than helpful.
We are most likely in if we win. Bracketology has RU playing UMass in Round 1 and meeting BC in Round 2.
With 13 at-larges, and RU #16, and half of the teams ahead of us (or more) getting auto-bids, beating #23 would guarantee a spot.
8-8 ...OSU has scored 4 goals on penalties...They also scored twice in man-up situations and have only turn the ball over twice whereas we have turned the ball over nine times. Should be crushing them.
8-8 at half. Abysmal last couple of minutes. We foul like crazy and turn the ball over way too much, or at least did so in the first half, could easily be a five or six goals at this point.
Yep. And I like the fact that we play tough but, yikes, 6/8 goals are due to penalties..
We have 9 turnovers and 1 for 4 on free shots. Just clean it up and we win easy. OSU is 5 for 5 on free shots so they are taking advantage. Go RU!!
Every time we score they show OSU coach. Every time OSU scores they show the OSU bench celebrating. Ridiculous but it is making it better if we beat them. 14 to 10 right now.
That all but locks up a Dance ticket for the first time since 1999 for WLax. Outstanding performance in the 2nd half. Playing with house money vs NW tomorrow in the Semis.
Resume should be good enough beating MD/PSU/JHU but let's beat NW.
Great win by the ladies. For those that don't know, Hannah Hollingsworth is an RU legacy. He father and brother played lax at RU.

Pretty impressive if they get into the tournament as technically this is Lehman’s first ‘full’ season. Good for her. Good for us. She appears to be a great coach in the making!
