this is what the guest said on Finebaum. Says NCAA goes on circumstantial evidence. He said the best comparison will be Reggie Bush. He thinks AU goes down. His response to all the Auburn idiots saying "Kenny Rogers isnt credible":

"The star witness in Reggie Bush case was a convicted felon."

The FBI will make the NCAA look like the three stooges when they get done. FBI is looking for connections to the University allot more reaching than poor old CAM. He's gonna come out of this smelling like a rose and the tigers are going to look like USC turned inside out.....Its amazing to me that they would put so much on the line to one up Bama. The sad thing when I talk to bama fans they want CAM to play in the Iron Bowl so they can beat them straight up. Screws tigers out of NC game and they still get 17ed by NCAA.

I'm getting the feeling that Auburn is about to get bent over. I know a lot of this is message board hearsay, but there's a whole lot of it out there floating around, and even if only about 20 percent of it is true, Auburn is about to get drilled.</p>

some hotel rooms and a bunch of crazy hearsay about paid-off mortgages for a player who signed elsewhere.

postings are the best book they ever read and I agree.

Great reading, looking at the cam stuff from their perspective.

is that AU is already paying the price (not that their delusional fan base cares, apparently). Their recruiting class, which was average by SEC standards to begin with, appears to be scattering. And, as another poster already alluded to, the specter of an NCAA investigation followed by sanctions looming will hamstring their recruiting efforts for the foreseeable future. While the conference will pay a stiff price for AU's indiscretions, from a selfish standpoint, I can see the benefit to state in having a west opponent that is down for 3-5 years minimum while we are making steady improvement. Now let's go take some decent recruits away from them.

Both schools would end up with a L in the record books. Auburn would win and then have the win vacated.

Remember, its the school that suspends a player mid-season. The Fant suspension was completely LT's doing.

the more you realize how different they are from the other schools in the SEC. At Mississippi State the average booster has some pull. If we call the athletic department and complain they will listen and if enough people call they will do something. We have our Cigar Boys but they seldom get involved in the little stuff. We also generally hire a good President and a good AD and let them run the program.Auburn on the other hand seems to be completely controlled by their cigar boys. Auburn alums I know say that they have zero say in how things are done. The big money guys feel like they can do whatever they want because hell, they have been allowed to for years. People with money and power frequently think they are indestructible and those guys thought they were being crafty. Hell, who thinks they have to worry about the FBI tapping their phone when figuring out how to pay a recruit? If all that turns out to be true it is monumental bad luck.

If this goes down and Auburn gets hammered they are going to have to step away from some of these people. Take the financial hit because in the long run these guys are really bad for their school. Oh, and get rid of the Chizik asshat. You know that son of a ***** was brought in to cheat.

....without offering them any money.

/i like the irony of taking auburn recruits after the recruit they paid to leave our side gets them in trouble.
