No uniform update via Gregory Byrne Discussing Thursdays...

I was under the impression you couldn't sell items (to include jerseys and photos) that identified current players... For example, you could have a jersey that had a player's number, you just couldn't have that player's name on it. Or, you could have a jersey that had a player's name on it as long as the player wasn't in school anymore.
I'm sure the Ninja did his research and I could be way off base, but I wonder if this falls into a similar category as the jersey rule.
arrive generic. they dont have the athlete's name on them, i dont think. i believe its like buying pictures from the newspaper.

Count me in the minority I suppose, but I can't believe the number of threads on this board about the uniforms when all of the possible combinations I have seen posted offer very little difference in them other than white helmets (which I personally hate). Color combinations are ALL maroon (or shades of) white, and black. Please refer to the site below for further discussions. In the mean time, please continue to fiercely ***** here about wins, losses, coaches, lack of coaches, L.T., Swan, band, chunky flag girls, flaggots, stinky stadium cups, music played over the p.a. system, Hank Flick, John Correro (I hate his commentary too), trash in the junction, game day parking, Goat Holder, Polk (even though he's gone), Rebel Bruiser, Coach 34, the Clarion Ledger, Ron Cooper, Stans lack of Sweet 16 appearance, Barry Stewart Bricks, etc, etc. But uniforms, please, if we win, who cares as long as they don't look like our Pen Pal friends from the University of NIKE.
