I didn't think we allowed many hits last night. Well it seemed that way.
It’s the most dominant game we’ve played against a good opponent. Very impressive.
I read it as while we had an abundance of hitting (that was huge and welcome), we also didn't walk anyone (also huge and welcome)
If our pitchers don't give up free bases on walks and our catchers don't give up free bases on past balls - it's more than welcome - THAT'S 17n HUGE!!

is that a record? Probably not, but wonder how many times that has happened in MSU baseball history?
Timely hits on our part as well. I swear I think I could predict most game outcomes knowing # of walks given up, and # of two-out hits. Chance's grand slam didn't start to unroll until we had 2 outs, and it feels like all but 1 of our other runs came with 2 outs as well.
It’s amazing how much walks hurt you at every level of baseball
Lead off walks late in the game and two out walks early in the game are especially maddening
