Know a recent college grad looking to buy a home but is struggling with credit (not bad credit, just a young person who doesn't have much in the way of credit, hasn't established it yet) - good job, etc. PM me if you or someone you know might be of help! Thanks!

Me! I'm a mortgage lender in the Starkville area and would be willing to talk about what can be done to help. I work with first time buyers regularly. 662-329-9090 is my office. Have them ask for Jimmy.

in Starkvegas this year and getting the mortgages closed was incredibly difficult. The game has changed for now and the it is almost to the point of ridiculous.

Bancorp South. Made buying my first home with zero credit probably the easiest thing I've ever done in my life.

banks these days aren't going to loan out $100k + to a person with no established credit. He'll need a co-signer or a large, significantdown payment.

But I'll keep your identity between us. This man knows mortgages....and knows his way around a kitchen. Looking forward to some spring weekends in the LFL and around the Dawghouse.

My last mortgage broker hooked me up with Freedom Mortgage. What a trainwreck. They were late paying my taxes 3 consecutive years and when I sold the house recently it took them 90+ days to reimburse me the money in my escrow account. I had to get the NJ state Attorney General involved to get Freedom to give me my money back. They SUCK!
