And so it begins....didn't take long before the Republicans following Trump's lead. Now they are attacking the courts. This is the strategic move of dictators who take over through democratic means. Divide the people (Check)......now take out the Courts (working on that)........next is end civil liberties (without the Courts, nobody can stop them).

Idiot. English lesson continuing, them is plural. When the 9th is referred to, it is one - singular. There are judges - plural - that make up that court. They have been a court of liberal opinions for many years. The other courts do not recognize the 9th as being really sharp in terms of law.
