Wonder what Northwestern’s Quality Control Analyst (Offense) thought of the Rutgers effort on both sides of the ball?

Wouldn’t be shocked to learn that NW was relying on him for their own play calling yesterday given how ineffective they were.

Their QB looked smart and experienced. The problem is their O line (I think they only have 1 returning starter). Our defense was having a field day with them. Their coaching staff has to whip them into shape and quick, or it'll be a long season.

It’ll be very interesting to see what they look like against UTEP next week. We know their offense isn’t good, but we don’t know quite how bad it is yet. Same for their defense.

It is no secret( as an RU fan) how important that O line is in the success or failure of a QB and a team.
