I support him as he’s our coach. Give him another year to right the ship or bye bye.

In the world for anybody who supports RiLLLLLLLLLLey after this debacle. Walking papers should be in his hand as soon as that clock hits zero.
why? I don't know of a single person that expected or said that NU would beat OSU. Diaco's scheme is not doing us any favors that's for sure. Good heavens. We were a 24 pt dog at home with the crowd to help us. BLITZ THE HELL out of Barrett and make him get rid of the ball quickly. Do SOMETHING to get some pressure on the guy. What did we have to lose.

I didn't expect a win but to even be competitive for 10 minutes? Absolutely unacceptable. This staff isn't leading Nebraska to a conference championship much less a national title. Time to see if someone else can do better.

Yes, continuity of ****** football and the dismantling of our program makes you a supporter of Riley. No amount of continuity of a lame duck HC will make us into a winner.
Ha, okay. Because a 2.5 and out approach really brings you the best candidates, considering no one decent wanted this job in 2003.

Anybody worth a lick would look at what’s happening and understand Riley is a **** coach. But yes, retaining Riley looks like the clear answer. The 64 year old will turn it on soon.

guys.... guys

take a deep breath and consider for a moment what firing Riley would do to the great recruiting class he is amassing ....
It’s gonna take at least 10-20 years to recover from the holes Pelini left us with.

Just about everybody that continues to make excuses for his **** shows. How anybody thinks Riley is good for Nebraska...yeah I don’t know. You’re blind.

There is a segment

We might have to go winless for some people to wake up.

I never said by the end of the season I wanted to keep Riley. The point is, I wanted to keep him with regards to where the season "could have" been. Fire him if you hire your coach immediately. Otherwise, it doesn't help recruiting, which does matter. Ask Pelini.

You are the smartest, best looking, just plain best poster here. You are never wrong and we all asked for this.
No kidding....soooooo many losers need to own this.
I own it. My bad. Sorry I wanted him to win and tried to convince myself he may. Boy was I wrong. You are also one of the smartest, best looking, and best posters here. Thank you for showing me that a real fan questions everything.

Nope. Seriously. I have seen the light. No need for your little insults. He needs to go, and I didn't see it soon enough. I hope the program can somehow recover in a few years from this mess.
Little insults? Thanks for the laugh. But hey, it’s cool if you do it. Not sure what insults are out there besides pointing out what a disaster Mike Riley is.

The sad part isn't the "act" that is going on...the sad part is that all of us knew this when he was hired. I knew it, 463 knew it, timsun knew it...we all hoped but we all knew. Some just hoped "more" but there is nothing wrong with that.

I hate that it took this to make ppl understand that this experiment is doomed. But im glad that the ppl in power are seeing it. Its time to move on.
Hell, I even made excuses for him in year 1! But, it was clear pretty quickly what a horrible hire he was. Great guy, it sucks that he sucks...but he’s running the football program further into the ground. Cut bait ASAP.

You just have to ask yourself. Is the lack of support from the current administration responsible in some way for the current results? I think so... That's what great football minds led me to believe
