There are people who know football here and people who like to be obstinate, coming up with every bit of minutia to make it look like they are right. We have seen bad play for three years now. We have witnessed crazy amounts of penalties, turnovers, and moments when it is obvious our head coach and coordinators are clueless.

Over and over the pro-Riley people have majored on minutia. "Riley's a great recruiter!" "Why, is he great?" "He has gotten big names to visit and we are very organized?" "Have we signed these highly rated guys?" "No, but he is a great recruiter."

Or, "He handles himself so professionally. He never seems to get upset."

Or, "Look at the great qbs he's sent to the pros. (What a third stringer?) Every great qb will want to play for him!"

Or, "Look at him getting Tanner Lee! That guy's a first round draft pick."

Does he win? No...but you just wait.

You must also recognize the doghouse players who are getting screwed and the Riley recruits...cough cough Jackson...who suck and still play.
You also must realize that nick gates looks terrible...he was a potential future AA as a sophomore and has gotten NO better under this staff. None at all.
