I recommend Buffalo Wild Wings. A little further but better. Turn at kroger then left lake harbour drive, cross the rez and you cant miss it.

They went with the same theme basically. Saved some money on signage by changing the name to Muffshots which, when you can do some fancy paintwork, wasn't really that hard to pull off.

You are on Lakeland. Don't expect much better.

....you can't hear anything, and those little speakers they give you are completely useless.

Both are on the Hinds County side of the Pearl.

I imagine you would have no problem getting a Grade A seat at the bar in front of the TV at either place. You can also consume liquor, which is something the good people of Rankin county feel you should not be able to do. At El Charro you can munch on free chips and salsa until the cows come home.

I have no idea what part of Lakeland you're on, but if you're closer to I-55 that or Mugshots may be your best bet.

That's what I was basing it on. JFP does not list them with any live music that I could tell... they may be closed.

Is Last Call still open? It's just a short hop north on the I-55 frontage road from Lakeland...

delicious sit down restaurant? I know when I'm watching a sporting event with friends I may get a little loud. Nick's is not somewhere that I or Mr. Apostle would like me to be.

Mellow Mushroom, since nobody has said it yet. Pizza and plenty of beer on tap. What more could you want?

but it also has a nice bar area as well. If you have to stay on Lakeland, Nick's by far has the best selection as far as good food and drink options go...and you get to watch the game.

Just one man's suggestion.

On other hand, you can't go wrong with a Mugshot burger and multiple cold draft beers either.

The Cherokee and Old Venice are a few miles north of Lakeland, off of Ridgewood. Either of those would be good options, as well...

They auctioned the contents and fixtures back before Christmas. It was a dive anyway....more likely to score some meth than anything else.
