So have all the Bible's in the world had the same image of a white man Jesus? Who portrayed him that way?
One thing that this guy and all the others leave out when trying to create a picture of Jesus is that they don't take into account that his father was not middle eastern.

Yep. Contemporary descriptions (Pilate, Josephus, Publius Lentullus) of his hair are rendered "chestnut" or "golden" (from sun) shoulder length, curly with a beard. A couple of the descriptions say he looked different from many around him that had darker or black hair and beards. His eyes were described as "gray" by Lentullus.
As far as long hair, you can't go by today's standards. Most likely then it was normal for men to have shoulder length hair, but for women to have much longer hair - that's what Paul was contrasting.

I have seen a lot of Arabs and Jews that were rather light. So maybe God's son was not the typical man from the middle east.
I've never understood the fascination with what color His skin was. The me, it's about the DNA of His red blood.
Jesus's DNA? Yeah, I'd be curious to look at that under a microscope.
Wonder how people would freak out if they found that Bin Laden is a direct descendant of Jesus.
