I know the major leagues have to cater to the athletes, but can you imagine how much more valuable those leagues would be if they catered to the fans the same way. Forget making it affordable, but just give the fans the same opportunities to interact. I can understand why staying an hour after each game to sign stuff would get old for a 162 game season, but you could also do it in shifts. Do 9 a game (say 8 players and one coach), and you basically have one extra hour of work every 3 games in exchange for building a ton of loyalty.
