Was watching ESPN and saw Reed (No. 25) dancing around after making a non-hit in the Wiscy game. At least we got on tv-------for all the wrong reasons. Oh well, GBR.
One other thing I would add is the fact that the"big hit" came after a 15 yard gain at the point of the hit. Play resulted in a 24 yard gain and a first down. Not to mention getting your clock cleaned during the dance.Interesting. He came in and delivered a glancing blow thinking he really did something. I didn't think it was that big of a hit. He apparently thought it was.
I remember back in the early 70's when I played DB and the 8mm movie film was just coming out. We were one of the first to use this for FB games. Anyway I thought I really blew this kid up on a pass route and couldnt wait to see it on film. I was pretty embarrassed how weak it actually was, but it sure felt like a big hit in my mind
it was unacceptable and indicative of the culture problems.
Saw that too. Sad thing is - he probably thinks it’s cool he got highlighted on ESPN. Probably put the link up on his Twitter. Was watching ESPN and saw Reed (No. 25) dancing around after making a non-hit in the Wiscy game. At least we got on tv-------for all the wrong reasons. Oh well, GBR.
