We know that Bob Huggins is 4th in history among college basketball coaches with 911 victories.
What about WVU in football?

#4 is Bobby Bowden, at WVU 1970-75, then Florida State for the rest of his career.

#88 is Don Nehlen, who got his W’s at Bowling Green and for 21 seasons at WVU.

So, if WVU has had only TWO coaches in the 93 winningest coaches in history, and Bowden only dipped his toes into history at WVU before moving on to the big time, why in the hell are we so upset when Neal Brown or the next coach doesn’t win the Big 12 or a national title?

It’s who we are, like it or not.

So then you are saying that what Rich Rod was able to do (make WVU relevant) was just a mirage, and we are more like Iowa State and TCU. We should be happy with 7 wins?

HELL, NO, I'M A NOT .... REPEAT NOT ... HAPPY WITH 7 WINS. I'M JUST SAYING WE SHOULDN'T BE SURPRISE WITH ONLY 7 WINS. IT'S IN OUR DNA.
Do you realize how stupid you sound..
Kind if like Joe Biden. You say that 7 wins is normal for wvu. Of course your history class fails to point out that most of the seasons 19 games were the norm...then 11...and now 7. Your math is flawed as always doofus.
