The State of Alabama has authorized out of state university license plates effective 2014. Assign someone with sense, and time (lots of it) and get after it. I'm sure y'all will have to get a bunch of pre-orders and you'll have to work with State's general counsel's office at some point to get the mark approved and "permitted" so it won't be fast or easy. I know if I were over there, I'd be pushing hard to use the interlocking, but I'm betting loafer won't go for it. /branding-n-****
