Heard this was BS and a ploy. Either that or our conference leader wants a basketball only conference.
It would make more sense to grab UConn if that’s the angle the B12 wantsHeard this was BS and a ploy. Either that or our conference leader wants a basketball only conference.
Makes zero sense to grab Duke. The Duke football doesn't scream give me a huge contract for my conference. It would make more sense to grab UConn if that’s the angle the B12 wants
Neither does UConn football but they can improve that in a "P4" conference.Makes zero sense to grab Duke. The Duke football doesn't scream give me a huge contract for my conference.
Apparently since the Big 12 was way overrated this year, Yormark feels the need to bring in some better teams.
Truth is they want them for basketball more than football.Neither does UConn football but they can improve that in a "P4" conference.
Would be smarter to wait for ACC to implode and grab some football schools with a solid and storied history.Neither does UConn football but they can improve that in a "P4" conference.

Top of my list for the B12 would beDuke and Miami would not be at the top of my list.
Top of my list for the B12 would be
Virginia Tech
Pitt
Louisville
Syracuse
UConn football is an embarrassment though, at least Duke football is (sadly) on par with the bottom 30-40% of the Big12 as it stands now. UConn is like a skid stain on Houston's underwear.Makes zero sense to grab Duke. The Duke football doesn't scream give me a huge contract for my conference.
Can we put them in Pods, because that conversation has been off the table for too long. That second one can eat $#!+
Let’s try and remember, UConn was becoming a top 25 football program in the Big East.UConn football is an embarrassment though, at least Duke football is (sadly) on par with the bottom 30-40% of the Big12 as it stands now. UConn is like a skid stain on Houston's underwear.
Yes and we still kicked their *** every year....that's not saying much sadly.Let’s try and remember, UConn was becoming a top 25 football program in the Big East.
Syracuse can take a hike.Top of my list for the B12 would be
Virginia Tech

UCONN never finished a season ranked in top 25 while in the Big East. They finished regular season ranked 3 times but fell out of Top 25 after losing the bowl game. Their best season ever in Big East was 9-4 (5-2). They were far from becoming a top 25 program.Let’s try and remember, UConn was becoming a top 25 football program in the Big East.
