Great point. I hadn't thought of that in all this turmoil. Let's make this happen. Does anyone know how the players feel about it? Ages ago former catcher here, and I would absolutely hate it.

Turf should be removed from all areas of the playing surface. Out of bounds... sure. Home plate needs dirt. Anyone that disagrees, well you are wrong.
