reason he had been suspended, not the talking back to the coach story. Someone on here questioned why he had been suspended, I replied that I had been told it was for what they are discussing over there now and one of the mods removed it from this board. Don't know if there was any truth to it or not, just rumor I had heard so its been around for awhile. Take it for what its worth, internet rumor.

He simply asked what all the hoopla was about. I didn't know until I saw the URL on OP's link. That's a terrible allegation if it isn't true, regardless of whether college football is involved. Regardless, I hope it isn't true, and if it isn't, whoever perpetuates it should be ashamed. <div>

He basically started a thread about the rumor that Yancy was insinuating and now has retracted all stories on. He wrote an article on the Spirit after he heard thisd rumor calling Evans a thug and saying OM wanted no part of him. Quay's family called the Yancy boy on it and now he denies ever writing anything of the sort, even though Quay's family read and printed the article. Quay's family is now lawyering up to go after Yancy and Scout.Yancy has retracted all negative stories about Quay and Scout has reinstated Quay's fifth star. So Yancy is in the **** right now

These false allegations have been known about for quite sometime. Sure as hell did not keep UM from recruiting him, did it? The hypocrisy is disgusting. Yancy is just having a hissy fit because a GREAT defensive tackle decided not to walk into their shitstorm.

These are serious allegations, which makes me think there is nothing to this. No way this **** goes down and arrests aren't made. They may as well just say Quay killed someone, or smuggled a few Kilos of smack from Columbia, or is running a white slavery operation in rural Scott County.<div>

And I don't give a **** about your stupid retort. Rumors like the ones floating around can ruin someones life. This is the kind of **** that just shouldn't be repeated. If it's true then the law should step in, if your'e not involved stay the 17 out of it. What your missing is this **** isn't about some 17'ng stupid *** cripple fight between Yancy's flock and Gene's flock. Some of you Mother 17'ers need to grow the 17 up and realize it's a damn game played by 18-22 year olds. I don't give a 17 about Yancy it's not my place to step in on anyone's side. There are times in life when people need to realize it's best just to shut the 17 up, now is one of them.

I live in Georgia now and this state is 17'n extreme with sex laws. There is a kid in North Georgia who was sentenced to a 10 year term for getting a BJ from a 15y.o. when he was 17. Big time football star (AA), younger girl (white). He ended up getting out of jail after 2 years only after it went to the State Supreme Court. Not sure if he still has to be registered as a Sex Offender, which is a 17'n curse in Georgia.<div>This kind of crap is just over the line to me, rumors like this follow people for the rest of their lives whether true or not.

</div><div>People, with Yancy being the prime offender, need to step off on all this mess, because I have seen numerous lives basically ruined off of suspicion alone without there being any proof whatsoever of any wrongdoing.</div>

between 25% and 40% of rape claims are false. I think that's only claims where charges are sought, not allegations that are made when no legal action is sought. <div>

</div>Is that the story I saw on HBO Sports where the kid had committed to Vanderbilt but ended up going to prison for a few years, and now is in the NFL? Very interesting story. The girl's parents were really racist, which made the whole situation worse. Really smart kid, and he's a star in the NFL now. <div>
