don't even try to play it off like they've been doing this all year. The new quarterback is good, I'll give credit where credit is due, unlike you. This is, in no way, the same Vandy offense with the new guy in. Nix was terrible and that's why they were ranked 116th in the entire country in passing offense. It just sucks, they find a better quarterback for their ****** offense right before we play them. Go figure.

I never said vandy sucked, i said their offense did. I wasnt sure if they were as good as their record indicated but hey maybe they are. You on the other hand talked about them having a good offense and especially a good running game. Once again they averaged 3 yards per carry on the ground tonight. So it sounds like you were wrong as well. If we have a total of 262 yards of total offense you say we suck. Vandy does it and they are good. go figure

And you and I both correctly said there's no 17-ing way we could continue to win games like we did last year. Well, there's no 17-ing way Vandy can continue to win games like they have the first half of this season. If Auburn just stays in the 2 TE, 1 RB set and pound the ball right at Vandy for 4 quarters tonight instead of only 1, they win that game easily. They went right back to their spread offense after the 1st quarter and their offense just died like it has all season.</p>
But this years' Vandy game=last years' UK game. We appear to be completely and totally in the weeds with regards to the season. We're coming off a loss to an offensive juggernaut. We've looked like a steaming pile of *** so far. Our opponent is a mile high and bulletproof, coming off some of the biggest wins in school history. The only thing we're missing is a slew of Daves in the booth.
Sure, we might get the doors blown off (or would that be 'Dores blown off) in front of the home folk, or we might screw around and win. Long story short: next weekend is huge. Or maybe the NEXT weekend's possible Crooming (original definiton of losing to a horrible MSU team) of Fulmer is huge. Who knows.

Vandy's offense sucks balls. It's last in the league by yardage. Yet, they are 5-0. Our offense sucked balls last year - we won 8 games, which Vandy will likely match. They are opportunistic - capitalizing on turnovers (they lead the league in INT's). Sound familiar? Yep, just like we did last year, Einstein.
For accuracy's sake, Vandy is 10th in total defense in the league, not last. And they are actually 7th in scoring defense. And I'm pretty sure at some point in the year, we were in the top half in rush offense. But facts are irrelevant to you, aren't they?
You just can't stand the fact that another team is winning in the way you said was impossible, meanwhile, Auburn, the team you praised for their innovation, has one of the most shittastic offenses I've ever seen by a team not wearing maroon. If AU didn't have a great defense, they would be 2-4 instead of 4-2 and Tubby would be about halfway to being run out of town.
