Here’s Jason Boue’s preview.
Um...No mention of Chucky Hepburn. I think it will be him, and not the freshman kid, being guarded by Audige.
Hepburn is not shooting particularly well, probably (but not only) because other teams give him a lot of attention. He is the one who can go off for 20+.
Backcourt mate Chucky Hepburn averages 12.7 points per game and leads the Badgers in assists (3.3 per game) and steals (1.9). Buie and Audige will be called upon to check those two.
Thanks for the reminder! I made a mental note to add Chucky when I edited Jason’s story. Then, of course, I forgot. I’ve added him to the story. No mention of Chucky Hepburn. I think it will be him, and not the freshman kid, being guarded by Audige.

Do I dare to consider 3-0 this week? Is it really too much to ask for one upset and two wins against beatable teams?
Outside of Purdue, just about everyone is beatable on any given night in the Big Ten. There are 11 teams with records between 5-3 and 3-5.This week could make or break the season and we go into it with questionable conditioning. I would be ecstatic with 2-1 and honestly satisfied with 1-2. The problem with playing "beatable" opponents is they see us as "beatable" too.
I think this is a good take. Even before the Covid thing, 2-1 would be a pretty decent outcome for the week. I don't think we were ever, Covid or not, overwhelming favorites to win in Lincoln. This week could make or break the season and we go into it with questionable conditioning. You do know how hard that's going to be, right? So much parity in college hoops right now.Winning just 1/3 would be a major disappointment. If this is a NCAA tourney contender they need to go 3/3.
