Great weekend for NU golfers. Take 1 and 2 at Valspar. Feel sorry for Lipsky because a first would have put him in the Masters and several other tournaments.

Both played solid! They both deserved to win. Happy for Fitzpatrick, rooting for Lipsky to have his day soon!! Interesting that the CBS TV (NBC Golf, CBS Basketball, my bad, thanks for the correction) broadcast ignored the obvious connection between the two!?

It was NBC, and Golf Channel definitely knew of the connection (they asked Lipsky about the NCAA tournament and he had to admit his team was not in it), but agree it should have been played up today! Go Cats!
