If you have walk ons and former walk ons in your 2-deep in 20F’ing25, that’s an abhorrent failure of your assistant coaches, recruiting and development. This isn’t 1998 anymore. This isn’t even 2010 anymore.
Not to mention the amount of Frost recruits. In year 3. Yeah, we've been had. Again.

You are who your record says you are. State Penn may be talented, but they are not a good team this year due to coaching and injuries. Before last week they had 0 wins against P4 teams. They beat Mechicken State and now embarrassed us which is a horrible look on our program. There are no excuses for losing to thus team, let alone getting our asses handed to us the way we have.
The same goes for us, we have improved our talent level, but we still are not a good team either. Our issues are thst Matt built this team backwards. You have to have good line play on both sides to allow any skill players or lb/cb to fulfill thier potential.
When was the last time you saw a Husker football team truly angry? I can't remember the last Husker team that had any guts. Maybe Suh and Company?

He is. Penn state has top 5 talent but underachieved. Is Rhule expected to have top 5 talent at this point?
