Nutt left Arkansas in shambles

Why do the Ole Miss fans here think he is actually building or will build something at UM? I think it is obvious to me that he is just riding Orgeron's coattails and is coaching his players. Arkansas has nobody to compete with and is widely considered much more prestigeous than UM and Nutt ran them into the ground. Arkansas has nobody in state to compete with for recruits while UM gets dominated in state recruiting by MSU. If you think he left Arkansas in bad shape, he will do much worse at UM. You will see a start of this effect next season because Ole Miss lost their best players to the NFL.

I also fully expect Dan Mullen to take a good majority of the top in-state players for next season. Ole Miss will get their fair share but it won't be enough to make a difference. I said earlier that their program is dead and I don't see that changing anytime soon. Next will year will start the slide and you heard it here first. Just and wait and see.....I really hoped they enjoyed last season because it will be their last great season for a LONG time. Hell, great to them now is a 4 loss season to Wake, USC, Vandy, etc.....

Anyone got an Andrew Jackson to get this guy outta here? This and your comparison of MSU baseball and Ole Miss football was the dumbest thing I've read in a while.</p>

Let's see, 10 years with the program, 3 West Titles, 8 bowl games, and an overall 75-48 record. If someone were to do that at State we'd rename the stadium and build a statue in their honor. I can only hope that Mullen leaves our program in the same shambles.

"one NCAA Tourney every 5-6 years"
"we should at least be 6-6 next year"
"Cohen is doing a terrible job"

and now this thread? You are now officially on the Sixpack Sped Posting Team

I have no time for the Hogville rejects. Although I will give them props for being far beyond the worst Gene's Page poster I have ever seen.

If Nutt enjoys the good life and wants to make a big score, he could leave OM next season and take the next big dollar job.

Not taking the Auburn job was smart because the Auburn bosses seem trigger happy and foolish. Looking ahead, if Sneed can be great next season, Nutt could get the UNC job that Butch will leave for something better. Maybe Colorado pulls the plug on Hawkings or TAMU pulls the plug (way early) on Sherman. This is a stretch, but Notre Dame talked to Nutt when they hired Willingham.

OR, Nutt can turn O's recruits into 3-4 Million-a-year at OM. If OM goes 10-2 next season, the Grove donation baskets will overflow.

1991 to 2000 and we called him "The King." He left us in shambles but it's better than not sucking most of time during the 1990s. Unfortunately, Ark will rebound more quickly than we think. They will win 6 games next year.
