NWC 3A/4A Week 9 -10/24 (WHO WINS) (Regular season is about over with Mount Airy in 1st place, but could change in the next 2 games with MA having no less than a conference tie if ES beats them.

North Surry - West Stokes is the only game that has a chance to be competitive. No Leftwich and maybe no QB for North should make this a good night for West.

Games aren't played on paper. But West Stokes just beat east surry. Forbush beat West Stokes a few weeks ago. Yet you say the North/West game will be the only competitive game? Time will tell. I've seen east and forbush both play - I think east is better but could very well be competitive.

An interest side note on East Surry-Forbush game. Logan Holder, Forbush HC, last year was an important part of the East Surry Coaching staff. Knows what they do and how they do it.

Three years ago, when East played Mt Airy very tight for a while, Logan had previously been at Mt Airy and knew a lot about what they do and how they do it. There is no doubt that Forbush has improved greatly this year under his leadership, but are they better enough?

Holder is doing excellent job at Forbush. Seeing both teams defense is about equal but East has little better offense. When West played Forbush , West offense gave Forbush 17 points.

Holder is doing excellent job at Forbush. Seeing both teams defense is about equal but East has little better offense. When West played Forbush , West offense gave Forbush 17 points.

East will beat Forbush handily.
