After looking at their schedule. If they slip up in the Big Easy this weekend against Tulane they may not win another game. Maybe if they played Kentucky.
"Freeze Warning" pfffffttt

I can honestly see them winning 5. They stand a better shot against Vandy this season and could beat Auburn. I'll say they will win 1 SEC game this year.

They won't lose to Tulane. But they'll be lucky to win an SEC game this season. They'd beat Kentucky if they played them, but unfortunately for them, they don't.

You seriously think they will be lucky to beat Auburn at home?

I really do hope they are as ****** as some of you think. Their offense isn't bad. If the other team can't score (Auburn), Ole Miss has a chance.

Hopefully McCalebb and Mason will carve up their undermanned defense.

No way they go 2-10.

Auburn looks to be very beatable for them, as well as Vandy. This isn't the same UM of the past few years.

Yeah. I do think they'll be lucky to beat Auburn at home. Auburn will score 30+ on them.

I said 5-6 going into the season and I'm sticking with it. If you think they don't have 3 or 4 winnable games (including us) on their schedule, you're just being a homer. Not saying they will beat us, but it's going to be a game. Our defense should be the difference, but they can score.

They will still play 12 games though, right?***

ETA: Unless you are saying "5 to 6 wins"....In that case, my sarcasm was uncalled for!

They should blast Tulane. They could win 5. Auburn is a team they can beat. Vanderbilt is another one. They can score. They have a solid quarterback. They have Donte Moncreif. Their problem is their defense.

They have corners playing safety. Linebackers on the defensive line. Freeze is a pretty decent coach and he has them playing hard. They will over achieve a little this year, but they just have too many guys that are playing out of position out of necessity to make a lot of noise.

That said, they could just as easily go 3-9 if they have an injury to Bo Wallace or Donte Moncreif. The former could easily happen because their offensive line is still pretty terrible.

we are going to have a lot of trouble against teams that are balanced w/ the pass and run games. au and vandy don't pass well so i can see us beating both of them. maybe a&m too but i haven't watched them lately. we will have a lot of trouble against state if our d does not improve. the lsu and bama games are going to be terrible.

Dreamer!!! 3-9 is more likely. Your pass defense is the worst I've ever seen at any college on any level.

WRONG! They are much improved and I see them winning 5 and if they get

lucky, maybe 6.......Their "D" sucks but if they step it up they will beat someone they shouldn't.......Their offense is pretty decent.......We can't over look them or they will beat us in Oxford........They drill Tulane and I think they beat Auburn and Vandy.......

No way. You must not be watching much football this year. They have at least 2 and possibly as many as 4 wins left. I will split the difference and say 5-7 but 6-6 is doable for them.

Their equals...

..like Vandy, Auburn & UPig will run the ball, eat up clock, & keep their offense off the field. I give them one upset this season, just because some coach will go stupid & tries to pass against them all day.

3-9 (0-8): They are thin and the SEC schedule will wear them down.

We have a better chance to go 11-2 with a nice bowl win than the Bears win 5 games this year.
We won't win 11 and they Bears won't win 5.

The SEC streak hits 22 after we skulldrag them.
