Oak Grove @ High Point Christian

i have no idea what to expect out of this game. Carver was no indicator of how good Oak Grove is and High Point Christian hasn’t played anyone of substance either.

Does anyone know the lay of the land at their stadium? I know it’s right next to Simeon Stadium, but it looks like there is very scarce visitor seating available. I may pack a few bag chairs just in case.

May want to get there early if there is a game at Simeon. The visitors at Simeon share the parking lot with the other stadium where HP Christian plays. Even I can throw a rock from one stadium to the other.

You are correct. I went to a HP Central vs North Davidson a few years back. Two home games, one parking lot. HP Christian and North both brought a crowd, plus adding Central and whomever Christian was playing... Parking was kind of scarce.

HP Christian is a private school power on their level and it shows. 41-7 dismantling of oak grove.

HP Christian has won two private school state titles in a row at div iii and ii. They aren't charlotte Christian or Latin but they are a power on their level, like I said.

True, they're one of the better private schools in the state.
