UCLA bet us and I'm ok with that. This is not to take away from them in any way, but did anybody stay and see the UCLA guy holding the flag during the celebration? He was standing between 2nd and the mound with an 8x6 flag and the wind had it blown full out. I knew the wind there was blowing in hard but that much on the infield? That's not right. I compare it to when they opened new Yankee stadium and balls were just flying out. So they put adjustments on the roof to affect the wind flow. Result was you get a legit hr not a cheap pop up wind aided. The same thing or at least a similar study should be done on td. Place adjustments in the outfield to displace the wind and make the park play neutral. Congrats to UCLA and if we had played three at Dudy I still think they would take it.
