I watched big chunks of the Miami-Duke and Notre Dame-Louisville games today. Total contrast.
The 2nd quarter of the Miami-Duke game was one of the most excruciating quarters I've seen in a while. Miami won the quarter 12-2, but really most of the points were scored in the first couple of minutes and the last minute. Just awful basketball. (As an aside - what about Katie Meier as a replacement when CVS retires?)
Notre Dame-Louisville was a much better game, kind of like 2 top-ranked heavyweights trying to knock each other out (but with a touch of Ali footwork). A genuine pleasure to walk.
