It was HORRIFIC play calling in late 3rd and 4th quarters. At some point you have to accept the game was lost so why not PRACTICE? Pass the 17ing ball on first 17ing down. Let Russell get some experience when he might have some time. Don't only pass it on 3 and 10 when they can pin their ears back. Hell why in the 17 are you running the ball at all in the 4th quarter.
As I have said all along it should be situation QB play. Russell should start with a more pass heavy game plan if you need to kill clock then let Relf in to run more options. Russell is your future at this point and get him ready for next year.
