OFF Topic, but am I the only one lost on this Superbowl halftime show?

Sad that half the country is so selfish that they literally vote against one person instead of voting for the policies that will affect the entire nation. #selfish.
Yeah, cuz he totally was doing a great job as far as that was concerned…

as far as the half time show, easily one of the best in recent years.

Didn't Snoop kill somebody once?
Not really. He definitely was charged with murder, but because his bodyguard killed someone. It went to trial and he wasn’t found guilty.

I mean, he certainly may have killed someone else at some point.

Yeah, we have the party of Christians that idolize a man who has cheated on every wife he has ever had and was caught in 4K talking about just grabbing women by the ***** with no consent.

oh, you meant the halftime show. Totally not racist.
Wtf are you talking about?

Thought it was pretty good and I'm a metal guy. I just looked up the overall list of performers. When it was determined that America couldn't handle an exposed nipple, the show switched to safe classic rock acts that played from 2005 to 2010. There's no one act that will please most unless you'd like to dig up Prince, turn the stadium lights purple, and prop him up during a rain shower.

Not my type of music. I didn't pay much attention to it....yet loved it just because I knew it was going to put a bunch of people on the floor wailing like a toddler who doesn't want to put their shoes on. The FB feed from my friends crying about it has been hilarious.

Dr. Dre is 56 years old and won a Grammy nearly 30 years ago. Eminem became famous when I was in high school 25 years ago. This is hardly “young people” stuff but I guess if you grew up watching Elvis and checked out of music entirely somewhere around The Beach Boys then…
Ok, well I was in high school 48 years ago. I think I missed Dre and M&M Or was only into rock.

Liked Eminem because of that great '9 Mile' show. That is the name of it? Anyway, kind of show you can watch several times. Real life type stuff.

Thought it was a great show. I wonder how cool it must have been for Dre, Snoop, and Kendrick to do the halftime show in their home city. Good for those guys.

Also was a fan of Eminem kneeling after the NFL specifically told him not to.

Dude I’m on your side but that **** doesn’t belong here. Seriously, I’m tired of the political fights.

Kendrick Lamar was the other, and that was a good clean show from guys that have entertained millions of people for 30 something years.

I couldn't place his song he rapped. I haven't listened to a ton of his music.

I liked the show. It was nostalgic for those of us who grew up in the 90s and early 2000s.

I was watching it with my wife loving every second of it (both born and raised in the 90s) telling her I couldn't wait to get on her and inevitably find this thread and it's comments. The posts have been exactly as expected lol

I loved it, but I’m an 80s kid and 90s teen.

I’m guessing if you’re somewhere around 40 and didn’t live under a rock from 1992-2002 you probably enjoyed the halftime show.

If you’re older than 50 and didn’t like rap when it began, you probably didn’t like it.

Yeah I'm not for sure his song either, but give it alittle time and Google it and I'm sure someone has something on it.

It started with m.A.A.d city when his dancers were standing in the boxes and then changed to Alright when he was rapping.

I’m old. I guess, I just need closed caption.
TIVO is your friend. Saw all of first half without commercial interruption and missed the entire halftime. Picked up the live telecast at beginning of 2nd half.
