Well since Rich rod got canned just a few moments ago do you think he could come in a fill a spot as OC if another smaller school didnt pick him up? I mean obviously the defense was the major issue at Michigan so maybe he could come in until he more than likely gets hired away again. Also what would probably come with him would be denard robinson.

In my opinion Michigan football team is a lot like our base ball team was. Long time coach living off past history letting the program go down and the new coach having to rebuild a entire program. I think Rod got the foundation for the program to grow in placedbut the Michigan fan base is not a patient as Miss State. They would have turned it around if given the time. Some one will hire him. Maybe UCONN if they haven't hire anyone yet.

But when you look at how they performed against teams with some kind of defense, it slowly became anemic. He's still a good coach. I hate it for him, but from what I've heard, his adjustments is probably his weakest point.
There's a lot going on in a program like that and it seemed like he never fit in. It's never a good sign when a coach faces that much animosity from day 1.
