Offensive Line - most problamatic part of the team?

If you look at the season, we're completely unable to convert 3rd and short and 4th and 1's mostly b/c the offensive line is getting absoutely no push an opening up zero holes. I think it's fair to say that some of the problems in the passing game are due to the pass blocking not being as good as last year.

To win we have to be able to run the ball and the blocking in the run game has been horrid for the most part this year. Plenty of blame to go around, but I think it has to start here.

Strauder looked like a ***** out there today. I don't care who you're blocking, no excuse.

Carroll played well enough. Most of his bad throws including the INT in the endzone came with a DL in his face. We could use a better QB, but more than anything we need a better OL.

I cringed every time we had 3 or 4th & 1. I'd rather have 5 yards to go than 1 with this offense. And when we declined a penalty to give us 3rd & goal from the 1 instead of 2nd & goal from the 3 - I knew it was a mistake because this team needs as many downs as possible to make short yardage. I'd never hang my hat on one down even if it is for inches to go.

(i.e. ****** play calling, stupid down and distance decisions, which unit sucks the worst), is like asking which levee failed worse in Katrina. The whole g-damn city was full of water from several different places. Who gives a **** where the first hole was when the whole damn team collapsed in the end?

If the defense quits (very likely) LSU may set new SEC scoring records next week.

Is there any way to buy the game off of ESPN?</p>

This football team is a product of the thinking that went into Croom's hiring. We wanted to make a statement as a university. It was NOT a statement that said we'd stand for excellence in everything we do! It is NOW time for that wrong to be righted. Byrne simply has to step up with a plan - no matter how creative it has to be - that can be accepted by current administration, boosters, fans, coaches, athletes and students. Either we right this ship quickly or we remain mired in the miserable performance of the last eight (8) years!
