Not to dodge your question, but it’s seems to me that right now the OL is in flux. M. Cox and Horsey are locked in. Burton and E Cox are penciled in to C and RG respectively, but theoretically we could see movement there. I expect both to start. The RT will become clearer after the spring portal closes.
