It's ruled a touchback as Howard fumbled as Wheatley hit him.

On replay, it appears the fumble is before the pylon, so this should be a touchback.

He was more worried about not getting trucked by Wheatley than actually getting the call correct. Zero clue how he doesn't see the ball come out. Mark him down in his weekly review.

This has been predictable. OSU is taking away Warren and making the bad WRs try to beat them. None of them can get open.
