They ran one play to the left side on that drive, and picked up 5. It looked as though PSU was in a run blitz, and blitzed themselves out of position to enable the pickup.

And then Washington with an unsportsmanlike penalty. He stepped over the downed WR. I disagree with the call, as he didn't taunt him, and stepping over the WR was the natural move for him for the position he was in.
