*****OFFICIAL BBM THREAD*****

[Yardeth]

Apparently the women’s team looked bad, idk how anybody could tell but my friend said they looked bad

Coaching

[bbnkat02]

DAMN! JUSTIN EDWARDS THROWS IT DOWN!

[bbnkat02]

Burkes! NOICE

[bbnkat02]

Hart with a twist! Man, had he hit that the first go round.

[bbnkat02]

JOEY FREAKING HART! DAAAAAYUM!

[bbnkat02]

Lol.....Joey Hart wins the dunk contest. Tbf, that was a MONSTER dunk!

[bbnkat02]

Link / Stream or where is it being broadcast?

On SEC Network if you get that.

[UKAlum88]

Hart’s last dunk was insane! It got me out of my seat, my wife asked me what was wrong with me..

[WallMash]

Hart winning the dunk contest. Does that say more about Hart rising to the occasion, or more about we don't have any John Wall/MKG/Toppin dunkers on the team.

Had he hit that 360 the first time in the first round......Rupp would have ERUPPTED!

[Lukasz0brzut]

Wagner like Tyreke Evans

[bbnkat02]

Well well. 5 on 5!

We don’t have any Vince Carter types

Hard to say. They're out there just having fun tonight. I think Edwards will posterize someone before the year is over. Also, NONE of our bigs are out there tonight.

[philstat]

Serious Question: Is Cal drunk? lol. i mean i would be too but haha, he's like making no sense.

He never does

[Magilla Gorillla]

Please take the scrimmage out of BBM. It’s completely unwatchable now. I’m sure they can find something else to fill the time.

FIrst time? That's just Cal speak man. lol

Is what it is. They're just out there having fun.

They'll play for real next week.

[bbnkat02]

Did Cal just say he would play ZONE?!!!!!!!!

[Jamal Mercer]

This is exhilarating

[bbnkat02]

Lol, no this is NOT Cal speak. fan from the beginning trust me.....here and there from time to time ; ) he's on some DELTA digit or something.

Cornbred Hemp maybe? lol

[bbnkat02]

Cal says Big Z will play next week!

[cardkilla_rivals379685]

We definitely got some great shooters this year. Hopefully this is the year we get back to the FF, been way too long

Yep they looked bad. I think it’s going to be worse than last year.

[jameslee32]

Zvon is playing in the Blue/White game and although it's 10 minutes away, I can't make it of course.

[DraftCat]

Gotta say it BBM is boring as hell now.... good to see the players but it leaves a lot to desire.

[UKAlum88]

The main thing, no injuries tonight!

[BlueCephus]

I actually think Thiero is going to be a good piece. There's going to be some physical games where we need to make sure we aren't getting pushed around and he's dog-tough.

[RonRajon]

The women totally killed BBM. It just puts a damper on the whole event. Can’t believe they waste an hour showing an 8-win team on national television.

If only there were a way to figure out how to simply not watch the first hour.

It's pretty much the entire show.... not nearly the same as it use to be.

[track42]

People love to ***** about everything.

[bbnkat02]

Last year for Coach Elzy I think. It's win or be gone for her.

Then.....don't watch that part?

BBM is never going to be quite the same as it used to. CBB has changed waaaaay too much for that.

[bbnkat02]

In needs a revamp for sure. I just don't think it will ever be quite as special as it used to be. Social media has changed that. You hear about recruits WAY in advance now and we often see these guys long before October. Tonight was at least interesting to see Big Z.

[kydmb99_rivals103809]

Man BBM ain’t what it used to be. Cal sounded even more drunk and incoherent than usual

[NociHTTP]

Calipari had very little to say for the first time in his BBM history. Less than one minute on the microphone.

"To make things exciting for the Basketball Bennie's, we've decided to go with zone this year"

[bbnkat02]

"To make things exciting for the Basketball Bennie's, we've decided to go with zone this year"

He actually did mention Zone towards the end. I'll believe it when I see it.

[bbnkat02]

Man seriously, it's the first thing I noticed ....dude was LIT and i mean LIT.

Well, we have wanted him ousted....that would do it.

Doesn’t surprise me Elzy hasn’t deserved that job since she’s gotten it…. When you have the #1 pick in the WNBA draft and you can’t make it out of the first round of the NCAA tournament you know you have a coaching issue….
