I was jumped on pretty badly for suggesting that Hawkins should be starting in Briscoe's spot. I just think we are a better team with Hawkins in that spot. He is an average shooter and with more court time could improve. IB has not improved his shooting and in fact has gotten worse. Hawkins is a very good defender so I don't get why Briscoe gets 90% of the minutes but Cal knows what he's doing so I'll defer.
I still love Briscoe's attitude and demeanor. I just hope he stays here a few years because he could be really good.
