Missing 4 of 5 shots, turning it over three times, and playing no defense on UT’s only guy making baskets is what hurt UK. Not the officiating.

This is true but not the whole story. Our bigs have 8 fouls to their 1 so our rotation became limited. They have been allowed to play physical inside and we haven't (maybe that's due to reputation of the teams style of play). They were in the double bonus and we couldn't even get to the 1-1.

It's rarely black and white on either side. Usually when a big lead gets closed 5 minutes before half or the end of the game to make it interesting, is a combo of the leading team making some mistakes with a little help from officials.
