I get being critical, I know in the past Cal has been beaten because of 3 pt shooting. This team (other than puke) keep their heads despite the other team is making 3's. Again the past 3 seasons we were killed by the 3, this team maintains focus and runs their stuff. They trust Cal.

We are playing a team that is favored to be a tournament team and winning by 14 at the half. Lots of good things today and time for the defense to gel over the next month.

If we can get Nick Richards to be what we’ve just seen to start the second half 100% of the time, if Herro starts hitting consistently, if PJ continues to be aggressive then we’re going to be a really good team. I’m not that worried about our defense, they will improve as a unit. It’s a bit frustrating to watch this team in the early going, but they have a very high ceiling.
