Given we were out Oweh most of the half, the refs were questionable (but only when we had a big lead — shocker), and Amari missed like 12 layups. I’ll take it.

Could definitely be in a worse position than a 5 point lead at halftime, but we’re definitely going to need to stay sharp coming out of the break. It felt to me like Illinois was starting to outplay us the last 7-8 minutes after they cleaned up the turnovers. Hopefully Oweh coming back helps.

The amount of games that UK upperclassmen are absolute no shows, ie Carr, Williams, is just unbelievable. You don’t even know Carr is on the team!
