OSU is not a good benchmark for this PSU team, IMO. They are better across the board and we play them in Columbus.
Win the rest (including Oregon) and make the playoff. Take your chances there.

Penn State 17-15 over Maryland in 86 was very annoying.
The difference back then is when we had bad games against **** teams I always knew joe would have them ready for the big dogs, especially when he had time to prepare. Penn State used to be where heisman winners went to die.
IMO, Oregon will be tougher than OSU. Especially for us.
I’m on record we lose O and OSU and get knocked out of the final 4. We beat V AT HOME in the same crap fashion as today and O curb stomps their next 2 teams, I may have to adjust. If one more person brags on here about beating FIU by 34 I’m gonna freak out

The past is in the past. I’m worried about the present and the future. I like us against OSU this year. Think we’ll handle them. By 2 tuddies. If we’re taking a regular season L, it will be against Oregon. But I’m not predicting that L just yet.

We played a much better team today and shut them out, plus we gained over 200 yards on the ground, and won by almost the same point difference, yet we regressed? Oh good lord.
FIU would be about a 14 point favorite over Grsmbling on a neutral field tomorrow.
Simple LaK math:
PSU wins by 34, and that's further proof they played horribly and can't hang with the better teams.
Texas wins by 31 against a similar caliber team to our opponent and that equals curbstomping, and they're super awesome.

The White Out in a couple of weeks could be ugly. This team is not a #2 team in the country.
A lot of “good” teams didn’t roll-it up today against weak teams and yes many of our fans are whiney birches - wah we didn’t win by 100 and now have no shot against anyone left on our schedule.
So every team should just pack up and quit because of how Oregon looked in game 2, got it. Last year, Tennessee started off winning 69-3, 51-10, and 71-0 and nobody was going to touch Tennessee….how’d that work out?
