They were? Is Syracuse now considered d-1? What about #3 receiver on a bad U$C team? Troy? Helen of?Except they were proven "Division 1 WRs" before they came here.
Your FDS is terminal.
I missed the end…did we win? Have a chance to win the game in 3rd and 8? Did we throw for sticks? With nothing to lose? Just as I said - mortified. Learned at the knee of BGJ!Exactly. That's why they came back with 17 unanswered to take the lead late in the game after being down to the #2 team in the nation ... because of Franklin, and of their "institutionalized" fear.
MacNit should be institutionalized.
I responded to your assertion that Smith never played this way, and, thus, this softness must have been institutionalized by Franklin.Which of my above facts are untrue. Franklin’s historic record speaks for itself - bad.
Uh, yeah. Syracuse, USC, Troy ... all D1. Have been for decades and decades ... and decades and decades now (at least 2 of them). They were? Is Syracuse now considered d-1? What about #3 receiver on a bad U$C team? Troy? Helen of?
Did I say that the design of the deep routes is good?
No. No, I did not.
And nothing you said contradicted what I said, so...
Ah, so the institutionalized fear allows them to mount huge, improbable comebacks after disastrous plays (2 of them, actually), but doesn't allow them to win. Then what happened?

It's a ridiculous unsupportable assertion that you use for shock value purposes, regardless of its truth (which you can't prove, of course).
You have such a hatred for anything non-Paterno, it's VERY unhealthy. It's cultish. You're the problem.
Ah, so "institutionalized fear" means a team, who has had a horrible run of losses, and is at home and commits two huge turnovers that puts them in a big hole against the #2 team in the nation ... so that everyone would think they'd just give up, pack it in and move on ... especially after last week, when they hung tough for awhile against the #1 team, but then eventually just lost their grasp on the game ... institutionalized fear means that they sack up and mount a completely improbable comeback to take the lead late in the game. Because they eventually lost.
Got it. That's brilliant. PSU should be stripped of its accreditation if you're a graduate.
Personally I loved that answer.Whole ***-load of arrogant sh*t - asked before the game about Indiana never winning in Beaver Stadium he said ‘this team hasn’t played here yet.’

"If you are a graduate"…..self admission of someone not from Penn State...ie.... troll.
Your insinuation makes no sense. That's why you only made it to community college, John Jumba.
I'm a proud PSU grad (University Scholars ... now Schreyer), and I earned a varsity letter. So, kindly, or unkindly, STFU.

I don't know who that is, but I'm PSU class of summer of 1996. Stayed an extra semester because I transferred in after my frosh year, and some of those credits didn't transfer in, or transferred in as not fulfilling any specific requirements because PSU didn't have an equivalent class ... and I took advantage of being able to take a lot of grad-level courses as part of the University Scholars experience. I did get my JD and MBA elsewhere, however. This is Cruising Route 66 funny!!!!

If you had progressed beyond community college, they teach you how to post without quoting people twice when you get a 4-year degree.
Prove it.
Or just, you know... throw the ball over the middle of the field and get a first down because you're 3-5 and why TF are you playing conservatively? What's the worst that's going to happen? You're gonna lose the game?Point is don’t hand off. Have the QB handle it. He’s the brains of the offense. With 1:47 left in the 4th QTR and on Indiana’s 14, and with Indiana having only 1 TO, they could have knelt three straight times and kicked a FG with about three seconds left. This isn’t hard. Sure - Ford taking a knee at the one doesn’t seem hard either but play the smart play.
Premise 1: Teams that rely primarily on the run and fail to develop an effective downfield passing attack become predictable and easier for strong opponents to defend against.Ah, so saying not going downfield was the problem, and going downfield is the problem ... don't contradict each other.
On your next episode of "WTactualF" ...
