Official PSU - MSU Game Thread

[CoolBean]

wow 4th and 15 and TD, PSU deserves to lose

[Wlawnlion]

Everyone happy that Porter is out

[84lion]

4th and 15 and give up the TD! Mein Gott!

[psupride1997]

One play summarizes this whole season

[PrtLng Lion]

The may well have been offensive PI- WR pushed off. But c'mon, man. DB needs a better effort on the ball.

Where the heck was our pass rush on a known pass play?

[Nits74]

This team is garbage.

[Psu00]

4th and 15 and they give up a TD pass. I’ve never seen a team be so unable to defend 3rd and 4th and long plays. Most defenses feast on that. This D gives it up more often than not.

[Tom McAndrew]

with the PAT, it's 30-20, MSU, with 5:10 left

[JoeBot409]

I predicted this. MSU has converted every 4th down.

It is kind of unbelievable, but everything is possible when you have Bret pry

[FrontierLion]

GAME OVER. Wasted another three hours.

This is how I feel too.

[step.eng69]

extra point and missed field go really hurt.
Game over

FUMBLE

[VaLion92]

Everyone happy that Porter is out

Exactly

[Navion N8865H]

ABSOLUTE JOKE

[AvgUser]

This team is garbage.

They are

[Paws057]

Looks like it’s 7-5 and another f****** fumble!

[Tom McAndrew]

and Lovett fumbles on the KO return.

what a pathetic 4th qtr for PSU

[psupride1997]

Meltdown

[JoeBot409]

YEAH…..but our coaching staff is 5-7 or 4-8!

That is the problem

[Mcidas]

With Franklin’s extension, expect another 10 years of this.

[o_Grass]

Give this staff a raise!

[91Joe95]

Are you ******* kidding me?!?

[anon1793628996]

I am having a hard time adjusting to being a middle of the road program.

[PrtLng Lion]

Speechless. Total collapse on the part of various players and coaches.

Something needs to change, for sure, if we're really going to compete consistently in this conference.

[ManassasPSU]

Would not be surprised if Franklin says we need snow machines when we upgrade our facilities to be better prepared for games like this

[NittPicker]

Look for MSU to try to score another TD. They're angling for a NY6 bowl.

[JoeBot409]

What a kick in the nuts. Unbelievable.

[Lionshare]

What a bunch of douche-canoes

[Big_O]

Not watching anymore of this crap. Franklin isn’t worth 1 penny of his contract.

[Omar81]

And now they’ve quit. Another total embarrassment and another complete fourth quarter collapse. Of all the differences between the Franklin and Paterno eras, the Franklin fourth quarter collapses are the starkest.

[Bkmtnittany1]

Disgusted. It’s every freaking week

[Paws057]

I am having a hard time adjusting to being a middle of the road program.

I’m not even sure they are middle of the road right now

[FrontierLion]

I really miss old school, hard nosed football. Not even specifically Penn State, but all football in general. Just doesn't seem like the same game anymore. But maybe that's me just getting older and cynical.

[psupride1997]

call those timeouts buddy

[yboby]

Nice that we went away from the passing game against the worst pass defense in college football after getting back-to-back passing TDs in the first half.

[Psu00]

Great kick off return. He catches the ball and then runs straight into the green jersey instead of trying to avoid him. He gains no yards and fumbles the ball with 5 min to go.

Sorry, but Sandy deserves to be fired tomorrow for negotiating/ sending that contract extension to the BoT.

[PrtLng Lion]

Fumbles. Poor tackling. No run blocking. Poor coverage on 4th and 15. Missed FG/PAT.

What else can go wrong?

Utter lack of discipline in many aspects. We killed ourselves with mistakes and pathetic execution.

[Paws057]

And now they’ve quit. Another total embarrassment and another complete fourth quarter collapse. Of all the differences between the Franklin and Paterno eras, the Franklin fourth quarter collapses are the starkest.

Joes teams usually got better as the year went on, not worse like Franklins teams

[Dalions81]

They gave this clown a ten year extension

[JWB389]

Can we decline a bowl ?

[ILLINOISLION]

And once again we let an ave QB beat us…..history repeats itself time after time.
