They take another loss, and Allar should be done. But Franklin will never do it. Look what it took for him to actually make Kaytron Allen the featured back: the worst loss in Penn State football history.
Before that, everyone on this coaching staff sat there scratching their head over a RB averaging 7 ypc, and a RB averaging 3.8 ypc.
If he didn't bench Clifford for Allar he's not benching Allar for Grunk. Firing AK should have happened before this game but he won't do that either.

We can't stop the run. We have zero impact defensive tackles and one linebacker worth anything. We can't get a rush and Knowles brings blitzers from 20 yards away.
Even early against Oregon they let Moore get in a rhythm by allowing the easy short passes. They couldn't finish but that was a problem.

For as much talk of the PSU O failures keeping the PSU D on the field too long, the D certainly doesn’t help themselves getting their own 3 and outs.
Just gave up an 8 yard run on 2nd down to give NW an easy 3rd and 2 which they convert.

UCLA gave everyone a definitive blueprint. And when you're not good, and you refuse to bench people and play some different guys, why should anyone expect anything to change?

When players take millions of dollars to play, the boos are deserved. Allar is stealing that money.
