I suspect Allar has a fractured ankle by looking at the post-traumatic edema (swelling) as he was carted off. If not, he has a severe sprain, likely season ending.

3rd and 4th and 3 and they have no quick throws
I can't emphasize enough how incompetent and inept the offensive coordinator is. He first showed his true nature when he went 3 & out with the lead and 8 minutes to go against Notre Dame. Nothing sets anything else up. There is no offensive identity. The passing tree is awful.
On another note, I'd really like to know how many 3 & outs the defense has forced vs. Oregon, UCLA & Northwestern.

In this day & age, recruiting means little. It's how well you can manipulate the transfer portal.

He and the team penalties aside were better today.

Yeah it was pretty swollen for only a couple of minutes after the injury

Hard to hold down the vomit seeing NW celebrate on our field.

Kraft is going to cost the program a lot of money either way (keep or fire Franklin)

Very true. At this point, keeping Franklin is going to tank recruiting and put the program back by years.

I get the buyout is ridiculous (thanks again Sandy) but they’re at a crucial crossroads now. If PSU got back on the winning path they’d clearly run out the clock with Franklin for a few more years but now they’re looking at a minimum of 5 losses (likely more).

Watch the decommits pile up this week. At this point, the program is in a complete free fall death spiral.

And he’s about to get a top 5 win
Again I've said nothing negative about him other than he had yet to win a big game. Never once said or implied he wasn't good.

All I said, no major program is bringing in someone who will be 65 and has never coached an elite program. It won't happen.
