Would like to see James running tackle drills for 3 straight days. Live 1 on 1s.

Make this team get tougher.

IU looks like a loss, tOSU loss, Minnesota in jeopardy, Iowas in jeopardy.

tomorrow starts the build to 2027. This year over. Next year over, losing too many players. 2027 is next open window.

The team was never ready to play from the start.
Untimely penalties.
Gave up an easy onside kick that the announcers called for before it happened.

Clock management at the end of the half was the worst the announcers have ever seen. 2:00 to go and the ball is in UCLA territory:
Singleton run for 1 yd
Singleton run for 5 yds
Allar run for 2 yds (Behind by 17 and try nothing down the field)
Allar run (sack) for -11 yds which puts UCLA in FG position

Next to last possession of game with 1:17 remaining:
High pass that Reynolds can't handle
Singleton run for -1 yd (our best RB who averages 7 ypc was on the bench).
Allar pass to Reynolds brings up 4th and 2
Allar keeps for -3 yds (reminds me of 4th and 5 vs OSU when we handed off to Sanders)
Nothing to attack the defense. No options except the play as called

UCLA punts and takes a safety and runs 8 seconds off the clock because PSU rushes nobody.

With 30 seconds to go we need a 25 yd pass to get us into Hail Mary range but we throw a swing pass to Singleton for 0 yds?

We never put a spy on Nico all game.
We didn't use a backup LB all game

First time in 20 years that an unranked team beat a top 10 team.

Probably the worst coached game I can ever remember.

Read my other posts. I sure do. That's the biggest issue. I'm just pointing out that there were plenty of execution letdowns in this game as well that accompanied bad playcalling and poor preparation.

I was thinking they should make Franklin the Nittany Lion mascot, and the OC and DC sideline cheerleaders. Finish out the season with whatever you can cobble together and go from there.

NIL has made many of these kids fat already and don't care because they have their $$$

Fire Franklin and start really working on getting Indiana coach locked up before some others are in competition

Its not clear to me that there is any accountability in this program. And that starts at the top with Bendapudi and Kraft.....all the way down to the players. No organization can be successful without accountability.

This entire team has completely regressed. The QB, RB, Oline, entire defense and special teams have gone backwards. No one on this team has gone forward. That falls completely on JF. No questions about it. He is and should be held accountable. It's time to make a change. Everyone has grown tired of JF and I think he is ready for a change of scenery. It would be good for everyone.
