It's much worse than that. Coming off of the invincibles and a CL final, they decided they could take a break from the transfer market for a few years to pay off the Emirates stadium they just built. They've been playing catch up for 15 years cause they thought they could just flip a switch and be great again cause they're Arsenal.

What do you expect from Kronke? Maybe he might pay attention to the Glasers. Buccaneers get Brady and BINGO. Now Man U get Ronaldo and BINGO again?
