dont know about moultrie but augustus and sidney smoke regularly. kodi does in season and out, not sure if sidney does in season.
If this is true, at what point does a lack of institutional control finally be inflicted on this? I mean seriously, no bullshiting around, Stans could find himself guilty of this from a AD's point of view and basically, it's centered around 1 player. If you don't really put a foot down after a well publicized fight, numerous run ins with coaches, numerous run ins with teammates, and now a rumored failed drug test, then it's obvious that an inmate is running the prison. Again, I know it's rumor and will accept it as just that but if the smoke catches a fire, then heads need to start rolling. No sense in this kind of **** not 5 minutes after the kind of embarrassing fiascos we endured all last season.</p>

I have witnessed Kodi getting high several times. Kodi might not have known what was happening on the court at all times, but he damn sure knew how to use a bong and what time State Theater opened on Thursday night. He and Ravern's chief concern was having a good time.
The reason you don't hear about it that much is because the first failed test doesn't warrant a suspension. I believe after a second failed test the school is required to suspend the athlete.
But we see how serious they take that. I'd sayalot of the "internal team rules violations" that we hear about are pot related. There has to be some sort of NCAA or conference mandated tests that are reviewed by someone somwhere but clearly, they leave the schools plenty of holes to cover up in their own house. Not that it's right but let's face it.. A bunch of suspended or kicked off talentedplayers = less interest and excitement from fans = less $$$ in the school's pockets. And like you said, an athlete smoking weed shouldn't be a shocker. Of course for Sidney though, it's pretty ridiculous if it's let slip by like the rest of hisrecord even if it's just 1 time. He's already had his 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th strike.
